to new and old volunteers!

The Nouveaux Regards festival is currently preparing its 5th edition, which will take place from April 6 to 10, 2022.

We are therefore looking for volunteers who will form the experienced and motivated team of this next edition. To those who are passionate about cinema, art, culture or human encounters, come and participate in this adventure and help us make this event a success and a pleasure for all!

Volunteer positions available

This is the position that requires the most volunteers. As an usher, you will be the festival’s face to our audience. So smiles are a must! Duties include checking tickets at the entrance to each screening, distributing and collecting audience surveys and ballot boxes for audience voting, and answering general audience questions about the festival.

English is a plus.

Facilitate post-screening Q&A sessions with guest filmmakers.

Bilingualism in English is mandatory.

Ticket Office Volunteers answer questions from the public about tickets and invitations to screenings. Strong communication skills and a caring attitude are essential for this position. Duties include: checking the validity of membership cards. These individuals must be familiar with the entire festival program, its operations, and its staff.

REQUIRED CRITERIA

  • Good mood
  • Punctuality
  • Commitment ( at least 2 shifts of 3 hours )
  • To be over 16 years old.
